Bulgogi
Ingredients
- 1/2 onion, minced or crushed
- 3 green onions
- thin slices carrot
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 Asian pear, grated
- black pepper
- 1 lb thinly sliced beef
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except beef in a bowl.
- Add meat to marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes - 24 hours
